Today's the day - 38-mile El Tour De Tucson

I sure with the weather was gonna be like it was the day I took this picture!

Today is El Tour De Tucson day. The whole thing starts at 7-ish if you're riding the 107-mile route. I'm riding the 38-mile route, which begins at noon. Bike is ready. I am ready. The weather? Iffy.

6:00am radar weather

It looks like (according to the experts) most of the rain will break up after 10am, which means by noon things might be OK. Of course, there will still be wet roads and puddles. 

I feel like I should warm up for the El Tour by riding my bike in the bathtub with the shower running.
