Lost Without It

This is my fitbit. It's an electronic pedometer. I've had one for about a year and it's been one of the primary tools in my arsenal against those 25 pounds I've lost since last May. It tracks your steps and the software with it can help you track calories, weight, sleep, BMI, etc. Very cool. The downside is, the clip doesn't really fit over a belt or over the top of your pants, so it's prone to fitting loosely and maybe falling.

Last night while walking Wrangler The Dog it fell off of me in the dark. I didn't realize it fell off until I got home.

This morning I retraced my steps and found it!  Thank goodness!

There's a new one coming out in May that is more of a wristband. I will probably preorder that one and never have to worry about losing it.
