Traffic School!
Learned from traffic school: Why do people speed? Because they can. More traffic school observations:
Did you know it's not illegal in AZ to ride in the back of a pickup truck? Hard to believe, but it turns out it's true.
To report a child under five not in a car seat, you can call 1-800-505-BABY. I actually SAW ONE on the way to traffic school, and now I wish I'd had the number.
